01
Origin & Background
Garment Process was established to formalize the technical infrastructure of the artisan clothing brand MINOÁR. Originally developed as an internal division to handle the complex pattern engineering and proprietary textile techniques required for MINOÁR's international collections, the studio now operates as an independent entity. We apply the same rigorous production workflows, quality control systems, and architectural precision used in our own atelier to external client projects.
02
Leadership
The studio is co-founded by Tea Avosaps (PhD) and Yoan Galabov (Yoan Avosaps). Tea leads the garment construction, pattern engineering, and production feasibility side of the work, while Yoan connects brand direction, visual systems, web and commerce architecture, and technical growth into the same operating pipeline.
03
Operational Focus
We view the pattern as the structural blueprint of a brand. Our role is to bridge the gap between the design studio and the factory floor, converting creative concepts into production-ready assets. We provide the technical foundation that allows brands to scale without compromising on fit or construction quality.
